Michalis Fragoulidis
Mr. Michalis Fragoulidis is an Obstetrician / Gynecologist specialized in female and male infertility issues and all modern methods of assisted reproduction as well as in Laparoscopic-Hysteroscopic Surgery.
He started his career in 2001 at the Anti-Cancer Oncology Hospital of Athens "ST. SAVVAS" in gynecological oncology. From 2003 to 2005 he continued his training in Great Britain gaining significant experience and knowledge in the management and treatment of all obstetric - gynecological diseases.
During his specialty he dealt with the pathological lesions of the cervix caused by pathogens and mainly by the human papillomavirus (H.P.V.). He is certified by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (RCOG) in colposcopy-pathology of the cervix (British Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology, BSCCP) and in family planning and reproductive hygiene (Diploma of the Faculty of Family Planning, DFFP).
From 2005 to 2008, he specialized in reproductive medicine at the London Fertility Center in London with Professor Ian Craft, and dealt with couples with an increased number of previous failed IVF cycles and miscarriage due to immune system disorders.
He is certified in the treatment of infertile couples and assisted reproduction techniques by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists in London (RCOG) and the British Fertility Society (BFS).
In 2007 he specialized at the Royal Free Hospital University Hospital in London under the guidance of Mr Adam Magos, in Laparoscopic-Hysteroscopic reproductive surgery.
In 2008 he returned to Greece as a scientific associate at the Gennima IVF and became senior consultant surgeon at Iaso Hospital.
His goal is to cultivate a climate of trust, developing warm and true communication with each couple. He pays special attention to the correct and complete information about their problem, so that he can plan the appropriate treatment and provide a solution with the lowest mental, physical and financial cost taking care to offer psychological support throughout their treatment.
