The content of the website is mainly informative, as it hosts a wide range of medical texts regarding fertility issues and provides the opportunity for interested persons to contact our Company seeking to be informed and receive our services.

33. Do we process minor’s personal data?
Our website and our services are not addressed to minors, therefore, in case a minor comes in contact with us through the "contact us form" or the "book an appointment form" we immediately delete his/her personal data as soon as we realize his/her true age. There is a case of processing personal data of minors (mainly photos), that have been provided to us by their parents through the form "Share your story". In this case, we ensure that we provide the adequate information for the processing and we obtain the explicit consent of the parents for the use of the data of their minor children.

We process your personal data exclusively for the following purposes:
a. contact with you, upon your request, through the contact form or
b. complete the online booking process, via the «Book an appointment form» or

The processing of your personal data, in the context of the use of our website, is carried out under the following legal processing bases:
• As for the basic personal data we receive from the "contact form", the legal basis is that the processing is necessary for the purpose of safeguarding the legitimate interests of our Company, and in particular the maintenance of the necessary communication channels with existing and potential patients as well as informing the public about the Company's services.
In the context of our communication through this form, we strongly suggest you not to send us specific categories of personal data (such as health data) unless they are absolutely necessary to satisfy your question / request. In the case that we process specific categories of your personal data through the above form, the legal basis of the processing, is that the processing is carried out for the purposes of preventive or occupational medicine, medical diagnosis, health or social care or treatment.
• As for the personal data we receive from the "book an appointment" form, the legal basis for processing is:
o the performance of a contract, in the case of the data subject is a patient who has previously received some of our services, or
o in the view of contract (upon data subject’s request), in the case of the data subject has not received any of our services
• As for the personal data (basic and specific categories), which we collect from the "share your story" form, the legal basis for processing is your explicit consent. We kindly remind you that if you provide us personal data of your children, we will not process their personal data unless you provide us with your explicit consent for their own data. 66. Who has access to the Personal Data?
Access to your Personal Data has exclusively the necessary, in each case, employees of the Company, which have received the required information for the safe process of your personal data. Moreover, access to your personal data might have the companies and the individuals that cooperate with us (processors) when a specific processing has been assigned to them by the Company (e.g. Companies that provide IT services). The processing of the personal data by the processors is made under the explicit instructions of the Company and after it is guaranteed that all the necessary technical and organizational measures have been received. Regarding the personal data that are included in the stories, which you publish on your own initiative on our website, by filling in the form "share your story", recipients are all of the visitors of our website. As a result, we strongly suggest you to disclose the minimum possible data. In particular, we suggest you to avoid writing names, full dates, medical records, and sharing photos that have not been properly processed to hide the identifying features of the individuals pictured, especially when it comes to children.

• If you wish to receive further information or exercise your rights, revoke your provided consent, concerning the process of your personal data, you can communicate with the Company to the email dpo@gennima.com or send a letter to the above mentioned mailing address (346 Kifisias Avenue, 15233 Chalandri - Athens) stating "Subject to Data Protection Officer" with a description of your Request and we will investigate and respond to it as soon as possible.
• We will reply to your request without delay, within (1) one month after receiving it and without any cost for you. The above time-period might be extended for two (2) more months, due to the complexity or the number of the requests. In such a case you will be informed for the time extension and the reasons for it, as soon as possible and in any case within (1) one month since receiving your request.
• If your requests are obviously unfounded or excessive particularly because of their recurring nature, the Company may impose a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs for providing information or performing the requested action, or refuse to respond to the request justifying the answer to you.
