-Be well informed by your doctor about the expectations of your treatment.

-Take one step at a time. Do not let the stress overwhelm you.

-Talk to your partner. You are together in this.

-Listen to your body and your mood. Your emotions and strength matters.

-Set a schedule so that you do not neglect your treatment.
