Because of my low ovarian reserve and high FSH, every single cycle was a challenge, but his calm confidence kept us going. We did egg collection cycles to build up our embryos. Slowly but surely, we retrieved 5 eggs, which grew into high-quality blastocysts. We transferred 3 embryos — and on our very first attempt with Gennima, it worked! Twin girls!
